Introduction


Involvement of people in nature conservation can be either passive or active. Passive involvement is characterised by memberships of nature organisations or by donations for environment and nature. Active involvement is characterised by the time people are preparing to invest in nature and landscape. This section provides information about the active and passive involvement of people.
